Which locations are most promising ?

  • Berlin is the European city with the greatest development potential.  Property prices and cost of living are very low for a cosmopolitan city.  Berlin is “in,” Berlin is “sexy,” and is turning into the international center of attraction for creative- and service-providers.  This vibrant city is one of the gravitational centers of politics and business in Europe.  At the same time, Berlin has remained true to itself with its nightlife, its inexhaustible array of cultural assets, and its many recreational opportunities as the greenest metropolis in Europe.  This unique mix allows Berlin the potential to close the gap to other big cities, such as London or Paris.

  • Munich is a city with flair, international attraction, significant population increase, high incomes, and a strong economic base.  These factors will endure into the future as well.  In addition, the “Friendly Metropolis” offers not only Bavarian culture, but a variety of recreational activities as well.  Germany's third-largest city also gains points with its attractive geographical location in close proximity to Switzerland, Austria, and Italy.  Munich will continue to develop at its current high standard.

  • Potsdam is considered by many experts to be a well-kept secret.  Living here means combining access to historic buildings and locations—many of them under protection as UNESCO World Heritage sites—with the close proximity of the capital city, Berlin.  Good transport connections allow one to reach the aspiring capital city in no time, since Potsdam lies within the south-west part of Berlin's commuter belt.  With a population of 150,000, the capital city of Brandenburg is manageable and is located in an area characterized by attractive landscapes.
